Your organization works from multiple locations, with systems that have to be available both locally and in the cloud. We make that complexity manageable, and keep it that way.

Enterprise organizations rarely work from one place. Multiple sites, offices, factories, or warehouses, each with its own systems and users. The infrastructure has to be available locally there and through the cloud at the same time, reliably and at the same level, wherever someone logs in. That combination of spread and hybrid availability is what makes enterprise IT complex.

Manageability through collaboration, standardization, automation

You don’t solve complexity with more hands alone. You solve it with an approach that doesn’t grow with every new location. That’s why our management rests on three principles.

Collaboration We work as an extension of your IT organization, not a replacement. Your team knows the business, we know the foundation. Short lines of communication, shared responsibility, and one point of contact for all locations.
Standardization Every location runs on the same proven building blocks: the same security, the same setup, the same level. No local exceptions that no one can maintain anymore, but a shared standard you’ll recognize everywhere.
Automation What’s standardized can be automated. Rolling out a new location, updates, monitoring, and recovery run largely automatically. That saves time, prevents mistakes, and keeps quality consistent, no matter how many locations are added.

Locally and in the cloud, in the right place

Some systems belong locally, close to the users and the processes at a location. Others run better in the cloud, centrally available to everyone. Every workload has different demands when it comes to performance, cost, latency, and compliance. A system at the production site has different requirements than an application shared across all locations.

We help you make the right choices in a hybrid setup. For each workload, we determine where it runs best: locally, in the (private) cloud, or at the edge. Then we migrate without disrupting business-critical processes, and we keep the placement current as requirements change.

The workplace is an inseparable part of that. We manage our customers’ Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, from identities and devices to applications and security. That way, everyone at every location works with the same familiar workplace, whether they’re at the office, at a site, or at home. Managed, up to date, and secure, without your IT team having to steer it day to day.

Rituals

“Since our partnership began, Rituals has tripled in size, but the IT service team hasn’t. We can keep the team small, even as the company keeps growing.”

Every location, more complexity

More sites means more systems, more integrations, and more places where something can falter. Every location needs connectivity, security, and management, and expects applications to run just as smoothly as at head office. Locally where that’s needed, in the cloud where that’s possible.

That spread puts pressure on your IT team. Without a shared standard, every location develops its own solution, with its own exceptions and its own risks. Management then becomes the sum of separate islands rather than one coherent whole.

That’s the point at which many IT directors call us. We know that complexity and take over the foundation, from design to 24/7 management, so that every location runs on the same reliable base and your people get back to the work that moves the organization forward.
