Zoetermeer, October 19, 2026 – co-one and Infinity IT are teaming up to support organizations across every layer of their digital infrastructure. With Infinity IT on board, the platform now brings together 125 IT specialists in four locations across the Netherlands, with combined revenue of €50 million. It’s a major step toward the companies’ shared goal of becoming the go-to partner for designing and co-managing digital infrastructure. Key clients of co-one and Infinity IT include hospitals, healthcare organizations, retailers, and public sector institutions.
As organizations rely more and more on data, cloud, cybersecurity, and AI, the demands on their digital infrastructure keep rising. Meeting those demands takes specialized expertise across the entire domain, plus the capacity to design, deliver, and manage solutions. co-one has been building toward that goal step by step, adding iunxi, Infield ICT, Veducon, and DataMobility along the way. Infinity IT broadens the group’s combined expertise even further, spanning networking and connectivity, hybrid cloud, the modern workplace, cybersecurity, digital resilience, and AI governance. The result: more firepower to support organizations across the full infrastructure landscape, whether fully managed or co-managed.
Jordan Peters and Wilbert Kandt founded Infinity IT in 2017, starting out in an attic. Since then, the company has grown into a specialist in hybrid cloud, software-defined data centers, and the modern workplace. What sets it apart is a drive to innovate: new technology doesn’t stay stuck in a consulting report, it gets put to work for clients.
“We’re building a platform that helps our clients with their entire digital infrastructure,” said Taimen Boumans, CEO of co-one. “Clients value the commitment, entrepreneurial spirit, and expertise of our people. That’s exactly what matters when you’re building and co-managing AI infrastructure together. Infinity IT is a strong addition. Our foundations reinforce each other, and our clients benefit from that right away. At the same time, technology is never the starting point. The client’s ambition or challenge is. That’s the heart of our vision, Enable your World: making sure the infrastructure works, so clients can focus on what they want to achieve. And the growth that follows opens up new opportunities for everyone at co-one.”

“When we started in 2017, we wanted to prove that IT could be smarter and deliver more value,” said Jordan Peters, founder and CEO of Infinity IT. “We owe where we are today to our team. I’m incredibly proud of what our people have built, with courage, craftsmanship, and a real determination to make new technology work for clients. This marks a new chapter for us. What I love about this partnership is that we can keep building on the culture, commitment, and entrepreneurial drive that made Infinity IT what it is. Clients keep working with the people they know and trust, with the same personal service and continuity they’re used to, while we can offer them more expertise, capacity, and innovation. Our employees also gain new opportunities to grow, specialize, and advance within a larger, more mature platform that’s built for the future.”
